Tips:

- Choose the right tortillas. Corn tortillas are the traditional choice for tortilla chips, but you can also use flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas. Thicker tortillas will produce crispier chips. - Cut the tortillas into uniform pieces. This will help them cook evenly. You can use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to cut the tortillas. - Season the tortilla chips. You can use a variety of seasonings, such as salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, or garlic powder. You can also add herbs, such as cilantro or parsley. - Bake the tortilla chips in a preheated oven. This will help them crisp up evenly. Bake the chips for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. - Cool the tortilla chips before serving. This will help them stay crispy. You can store the tortilla chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
