2 teaspoon red pepper corns
2 teaspoon green pepper corns

Tips:

  • Choose the right pasta: Short pasta shapes like penne, fusilli, or rotini work best for this recipe as they can easily hold the sauce.
  • Cook the pasta al dente: This means cooking the pasta until it is still slightly firm to the bite. This will prevent it from becoming mushy when mixed with the sauce.
  • Use fresh vegetables: Fresh bell peppers and zucchini will give the dish a more vibrant flavor and color.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the vegetables, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from steaming instead of sautéing.
  • Season the vegetables well: Don't be afraid to season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices. This will help bring out their flavor.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what will really make this dish shine. Use a sauce that is flavorful and complements the vegetables.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Before serving, garnish the pasta with fresh herbs like basil, parsley, or oregano. This will add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.
