TROPICAL BBQ CHICKEN

I couldn't find any recipes for a tropical bbq chicken that had all the ingredients I wanted to use so I made one myself. If you want a thicker sauce I would reduced the pineapple juice by 1/2 a cup or increase the flour by a tablespoon.

Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the chicken its delicious flavor, so don't skimp on the ingredients. Use a combination of spices, herbs, and citrus juices to create a marinade that will penetrate the chicken and give it a juicy, flavorful interior.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes: The longer the chicken marinates, the more time the flavors will have to soak in. If you can, marinate the chicken for several hours or even overnight.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat: This will help to prevent the chicken from burning on the outside while cooking thoroughly on the inside.
  • Baste the chicken with the marinade while it's grilling: This will help to keep the chicken moist and flavorful.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.

Conclusion:

Tropical BBQ chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this chicken is sure to be a hit with everyone at your party. So fire up the grill and get ready to enjoy this tropical twist on a classic BBQ dish.
