TUNA OR SALMON CASSEROLE
This is a great one dish meal. My mom used to make this a lot for us kids, and even though I am not a fish lover, I must say I do enjoy this casserole.

Tips:
- Choose the right tuna. Fresh or frozen tuna steaks, canned tuna, or tuna in oil can all be used in this recipe. If you're using canned tuna, choose a variety that is packed in water or olive oil, rather than vegetable oil.
- Don't overcook the tuna. Tuna is a delicate fish that can easily be overcooked. Cook it just until it is opaque in the center, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients you use, the better your tuna casserole will taste. Use fresh vegetables, a good quality cheese, and a flavorful sauce.
- Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many ways to make a tuna casserole. Get creative and try different ingredients and flavors until you find a recipe that you love.
Conclusion:
Tuna casserole is a classic comfort food that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It is a versatile dish that can be made with a variety of ingredients, making it a perfect option for a weeknight meal. With its creamy sauce, tender tuna, and crispy topping, tuna casserole is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
