1 (6 ounce) can tuna, chunk light, in water, drained
1/4 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, minced
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup Miracle Whip light
2 hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Mix everything together, except buns, in a bowl.
  • Fill buns with mixture and wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

1-1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Transfer to a greased shallow 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. , Combine the cornflake crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

It is a simple dish, but it really hits the spot on a cold November day. I remember how my sister was absolutely shocked when she learned there was tuna in this dish. This is definitely a dish you'll want to make again and again.

1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
2 cups multigrain flake cereal
¼ cup minced onion
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup, undiluted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water (Drained)
1 (6 ounce) package ramen noodles (Less the Seasoning)
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 medium jalapenos, finely chopped
salt and pepper
1 cup Fritos chili cheese corn chips (Crushed)
1/3 cup mayonnaise (Sounds alot but it really isn't)
3 tablespoons of the jalapeno juice

Steps:

  • In Sauce pan fix the noodles according to the package directions. DO NOT ADD THE SEASONING POUCH.
  • Crush the Fritos in a zip lock bag (Chili Cheese or BBQ Only).
  • Chop the Onion finely or to the thickness of your liking.
  • Chop the Jalopenos finely.
  • Open the tuna and drain and put in large mixing bowl.
  • Add Mayo, Onion, Jalopenos, Fritos, and the Jalopeno Juice.
  • When the Noodles are done add them.
  • Mix well and put on your favorite bread.
  • Enjoy.

1 cup grated white American cheese
1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup onion, grated fine
salt and pepper, to taste

  • Add more dressing if necessary.
  • Spread in rolls.

1 box kraft mac and cheese reg flavor cooked according to box directions
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
4 can(s) tuna- oil or water the way you like it
1/2 can(s) milk
1 pkg frozen peas
1/2 onion chopped
2 c cheddar cheese
2 c mozzarella cheese
option top with french fried onion rings for a lot more calories, i mean crunch.
option 1 red bell pepper chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 13" x 9" pan with Pam cooking spray etc.
  • 2. Prepare Mac and Cheese and Frozen Peas according to package directions on each. In the meantime......
  • 3. In a large pan, add the Cream of muchroom soup and 1/2 can of milk heat until disolved.
  • 4. Add the 4 cans of drained Tuna and heat through. You can add the onion and red pepper if using that option.
  • 5. Add the prepared Mac and Cheese and Peas to the mixture and stir together.
  • 6. Put in the prepared 13 x 9 pan, top with 2 cups of mozzerella and 2 cups of cheddar. At this point you can top with French Fried Onions if you like.
  • 7. Put into oven and cook 30 min. The last 10 min of cooking time turn oven up to 400. It may take a few more minutes but watch not to burn cheese or onion if using them.
  • 8. This delight is done when the cheese is so ooeey and gooey it strings and wont stop. Cheese lover you know what I mean.
