1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Water, milk and butter called for on potato mix pouch
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 jar (12 oz) home-style turkey gravy
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray; set aside. Make mashed potatoes as directed on pouch using water, milk and butter.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat turkey, vegetables, gravy and poultry seasoning to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Pour turkey mixture into casserole. Spoon or pipe potatoes around edge of casserole.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen seasoned potato nuggets

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  • Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook turkey, onion, garlic powder and thyme in skillet over medium-­high heat until turkey is no longer pink.
