2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 can (7.5 oz.) refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.

2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup turkey, finely chopped
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees (205 celsius).
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo, and mustard in a small bowl.

1 lb danish pastry dough (approximately)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted after measuring)
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
  • Beat together with a small spatula.
  • Place dough on a floured surface and lightly sprinkle flour over it.
  • Using a rolling pin, press the dough in firm, parallel strokes to soften it.
  • Flour the surface and the dough again if necessary.
  • Roll dough out to a 12" x 17" rectangle.
  • Slide dough onto a cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes.

1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons minced fresh thyme
3 tablespoons minced fresh sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 celery ribs, quartered
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, quartered
1 cup butter, cubed
2 cups white wine
2 to 3 cups chicken broth
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Remove giblets from turkey; cover and refrigerate for gravy. Pat turkey dry; place breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan. In small bowl, combine softened butter, thyme and sage. With fingers, carefully loosen skin from turkey breast; rub butter mixture under the skin. Sprinkle salt and pepper over turkey and inside cavity; fill cavity with celery, onion and carrot., In a large saucepan, melt cubed butter; stir in wine. Saturate a four-layered 17-in. square of cheesecloth in butter mixture; drape over turkey. Bake turkey, uncovered, 3 hours; baste with wine mixture every 30 minutes, keeping cheesecloth moist at all times. , Remove and discard cheesecloth.
