¼ cup milk
½ cup plain bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce
½ cup orange marmalade
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon minced Fresno pepper
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste

1/4 cup buttermilk (I used low fat)
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 tablespoons fresh sage, finely minced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • For the meatballs, combine breadcrumbs and buttermilk in small bowl and let sit for about 5 minutes.
