1 (12 ounce) container cottage cheese

1 (12 ounce) container cottage cheese
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
1 teaspoon butter
3 1/2 slices bacon (recommend Applewood smoked)
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
