BANANA SMOOTHIE

Banana Smoothie image

This banana smoothie has to be one of my favorite recipes because it can be made in a flash, yet it's full of flavor. I think the honey adds just the right amount of sweetness. Everyone will love it...not just banana lovers! -Ro Ann Cox, Lenoir, North Carolina

VANILLA-LOVER'S BANANA SMOOTHIE

Vanilla-Lover's Banana Smoothie image

Versatile and impossibly easy to make. Play with the amounts of cinammon and vanilla - you can't go wrong. Any milk can be used, but if going with a vanilla flavored one (such as vanilla soy milk), omit the extract. Frozen bananas make it extra flavorful, but if you are out of time to freeze beforehand, just add ice when blending.
