1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup

2 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup butter
1 (5 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Shake and toss the bowl to make the unpopped kernels go to the bottom; discard.
  • In a sauce pan over medium-high heat, cook the brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter, stirring constantly. 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 quarts popped popcorn

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Melt butter and stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • When boiling, continue to boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
