WAFFLE STUFFING
It was during the holidays I came up with this great stuffing recipe. I was trying many different recipes for many different birds and chops. I was making fried chicken one night, and I thought of chicken and waffles but I was still on this stuffing kick, so I decided to merge the two. By adding frozen waffles into my stuffing, the combination of sweet and savory was a huge hit with my fried chicken and has become one of my favorite side dishes.

Tips:
- Use stale bread: Stale bread is the best choice for stuffing because it absorbs more liquid and has a better texture than fresh bread.
- Cut the bread into small cubes: This will help the stuffing cook evenly.
- Toast the bread cubes: Toasting the bread cubes will give the stuffing a nice crispy texture.
- Use a variety of ingredients: Don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients in your stuffing. Some popular additions include vegetables, fruits, nuts, and herbs.
- Season the stuffing well: Stuffing should be well-seasoned with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices.
- Cook the stuffing properly: Stuffing should be cooked until it is heated through and the bread cubes are slightly browned.
- Let the stuffing rest before serving: This will allow the stuffing to absorb any remaining liquid and settle.
Conclusion:
Waffle stuffing is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion. With its crispy texture, flavorful ingredients, and versatile nature, waffle stuffing is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a new side dish to try, give waffle stuffing a try. You won't be disappointed!
