1 large egg

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)

2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
