Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook beef and pepper over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. , Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and, if desired, sugar to beef mixture; bring to a boil. Stir in vegetables; heat through. Serve with noodles; sprinkle with parsley. Freeze option: Do not cook noodles. Freeze cooled meat mixture in a freezer container. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cook noodles according to package directions. Place meat mixture in a large saucepan; heat through, stirring occasionally and adding a little broth or water if necessary. Serve as directed.

- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and cook onions over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in chili powder, salt and garlic salt. Stir in diced tomatoes with juices, undrained kidney beans, uncooked Minute Rice, water and green pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese, green onion and crushed tortilla chips, if desired.

EASY WEEKNIGHT BEEF STROGANOFF

- 1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook beef in oil 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Remove beef from skillet; drain. Wipe out skillet with paper towel. In same skillet, heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is almost tender.
- 2. Stir in cooking sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- 3. Stir in sour cream until well blended; stir in beef. Heat just until hot. Serve over noodles.
- *Partially frozen meats are easy to slice; freeze sirloin 30 minutes before slicing.

- Mix chipotle hot sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and agave syrup together in a small bowl to make sauce.
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook, stirring to break up clumps, until juices run clear, about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl, reserving juices in the wok.
- Combine coleslaw mix, red bell pepper, green onions, and garlic in the wok; cook and stir over medium heat until slaw is slightly wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Add sauce; mix to combine, about 1 minute. Return turkey to the wok and stir until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.

- Heat a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Remove from heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook beef for 3 minutes or until browned, stirring constantly.
- Pour into a colander and rinse under hot water to remove excess fat, drain well.
- Wipe skillet with paper towels. Stir in bell pepper, cook 3 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered for 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.
