Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and chicken will give your soup the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry. Cook it just until it is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Use a good quality broth: The broth is the base of your soup, so make sure it is flavorful. Use a homemade broth or a good quality store-bought broth.
  • Add the spinach at the end: Spinach cooks very quickly, so add it to the soup just before serving. This will prevent it from overcooking and becoming mushy.
  • Season to taste: Taste your soup and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder.

White bean, chicken, and spinach soup is a delicious and hearty soup that is perfect for a cold winter day. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken.
