1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
½ cup 2% milk
½ cup butter, melted
3 (1 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cups sliced almonds, divided
1 cup white chocolate chips
6 ounces white baking chocolate (such as Baker's®), chopped and divided
¾ cup chopped hazelnuts, divided
1 ½ cups chocolate hazelnut spread

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; grease with cooking spray.
  • Combine white cake mix, milk, melted butter, and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well blended and thick. Divide dough into 2 pieces.
  • Place 1 piece of dough between 2 large sheets of waxed paper; roll into a 9x13-inch rectangle. Peel off waxed paper and press the dough into the bottom of the baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until dough is pale golden, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle half of the sliced almonds, white chocolate chips, white baking chocolate, and hazelnuts on top; press into the soft dough.
  • Place chocolate hazelnut spread in a small microwave-safe bowl; heat on medium-high, stirring often, until melted, about 1 minute. Spread over dough.
  • Place the second piece of dough between 2 large sheets of waxed paper; roll into a 9x13-inch rectangle. Peel off waxed paper and lay the dough over the chocolate hazelnut spread. Sprinkle remaining sliced almonds, white chocolate chips, white baking chocolate, and hazelnuts on top; press into dough with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until dough is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely, about 1 hour. Refrigerate until firm, 3 to 4 hours. Cut into bars.

8 (17 by 13-inch) frozen phyllo pastry sheets, thawed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 ounces good-quality white chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, husked, and finely chopped
1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (recommended: Nutella), optional
1 (3-ounce) bar bittersweet chocolate, grated, for garnish
Edible flowers, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lay 1 phyllo sheet on a work surface. Brush the phyllo with melted butter. Top with another phyllo sheet. Repeat with more butter and 2 more phyllo sheets. 3/4 cup skinned hazelnuts, toasted (about 4 ounces)
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, such as Eagle Brand
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Toasted baguette slices
Sliced fruit, such as apples, pears, pineapple and/or bananas

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chocolate chips in a small bowl and place over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool to room temperature.
  • Grind the nuts in a food processor until pasty (the nuts will be stuck to the sides of work bowl), 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula. Add the condensed milk, honey and salt. Blend well, scraping down the bowl as needed. Add the cooled chocolate and pulse until combined. Transfer the spread to a small bowl.

30 vanilla wafers, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 Tbsp. candy-coated chocolate pieces
1 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and COOL WHIP in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until ingredients are completely melted and mixture is well blended.

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup finely-chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (I toasted these)
3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (I lined with non-stick aluminum foil, allowing excess over sides of pan so I can lift them out to cut).
