BLUEBERRY YOGURT PIE

Blueberry Yogurt Pie image

Posted for Zaar World Tour. This pie is a bit tangy...especially if your blueberries are not too sweet! You may want to consider adding a little more sugar to the filling if you like a sweeter pie.

Tips and Conclusion

Tips:

  • For a creamier pie, use full-fat yogurt. If you prefer a tangier pie, use Greek yogurt.
  • Be sure to use fresh blueberries. Frozen blueberries will not hold their shape as well in the pie.
  • If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular pie pan. Just be sure to trim the edges of the crust so that it fits the pan.
  • To make the pie ahead of time, bake it according to the recipe and then let it cool completely. Wrap the pie tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, let the pie thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Conclusion:

This Yogurt Blueberry Oreo Pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy yogurt filling is complemented perfectly by the sweet blueberries and the crunchy Oreo crust. This pie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it!
