JELLO AND YOGURT PIE
This is light, healthy and delicious. A great summer dessert. Although this is fantastic in a graham cracker pie crust, I think it would be good using Vanilla wafers too. Also, it is wonderful without the pie crust, just add some fresh fruit and you have an awesome pudding. NOTE: Match or mix the jello and yogurt flavors.

Steps:
- Dissolve the Jello in the 1 cup of boiling water. Then add the 3/4 cup of cold water. Next, add the yogurt to the Jello mixture. Whisk the contents until all of the liquid is of the same consistency. Pour the mixture into a few small bowls or containers (any size is fine). Put the bowls in the fridge for about 2 hours until they solidify. Add an extra dollop of yogurt and a piece of fruit on top for garnish.
Tips:
- Choose the right yogurt: For a creamy and smooth parfait, use Greek yogurt or strained yogurt. These yogurts have a thicker consistency and will hold up better in the parfait.
- Use fresh fruit: Fresh fruit adds a burst of flavor and color to the parfait. Berries, peaches, mangoes, and bananas are all great choices.
- Make your own granola: Homemade granola is a delicious and healthy way to add crunch to your parfait. You can find recipes for homemade granola online or in cookbooks.
- Layer the parfait in a glass or jar: Start with a layer of yogurt, then add a layer of fruit, and then a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the glass or jar is full.
- Chill the parfait before serving: Chilling the parfait allows the flavors to meld and the granola to soften slightly.
Conclusion:
Yogurt jello parfait is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a variety of flavors and textures, yogurt jello parfait is a surefire hit for everyone. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast or snack, give yogurt jello parfait a try!
