1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 pkg taco seasoning
1 medium head of green lettuce -- chopped
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
1 bunch green onions -- chopped
1 md bottle zesty italian dressing
