BLOOD ORANGE VINAIGRETTE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup blood orange juice
1 t Dijon mustard
1 T sherry vinegar
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 cup finely chopped shallots
1 t sugar
1 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Whisk together juice, all ingrediants except the oil,salt,and pepper. Then slowly whisk in olive oil in a steady stream until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
