Blue Cheese Ham Wraps image

Bottled blue cheese salad dressing gives these wraps a burst of flavor. After topping the deli ham with Swiss cheese, I like to melt the cheese in the microwave before quickly assembling the rest of the wrap.

These wraps are a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have ham leftover from holiday dinners and this is a great way to use it up.

I was a bit skeptical about the blue cheese, but I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The blue cheese adds a really nice tanginess to the wraps.
