2 lbs Jalapeno Cheese (L&M Meats Only)
2 jars diced pimentos (drained)
1/2 onion chopped finely
1 roma tomato chopped
2 cups milk
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
