I finally made this recipe for myself after having it posted for a year. It was easy, wonderful, and as Thorsten said- "elegant". I am glad I posted it!

I wouldn't recommend this recipe. The crepes were bland and the blueberry almond filling was too sweet. I ended up throwing most of them away.

These crepes were okay, but I've had better. The batter was a little too thick and the crepes were a bit tough. The blueberry almond filling was good, but it didn't really make up for the crepes.

I was disappointed with these crepes. They were a bit dry and the blueberry almond filling was too runny. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These crepes were a little too sweet for my taste, but they were still very good. I think I'll try making them again with less sugar next time.

These crepes were amazing! I'm not a huge fan of crepes, but these were so light and fluffy. The blueberry almond filling was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. I will definitely be making these again.

I've made these crepes several times now and they're always perfect. The batter is easy to make and the crepes cook up quickly. The blueberry almond filling is my favorite, but I've also tried them with other fillings like chocolate and banana. Yum!
