Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 23 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Lightly spray baking cups with cooking spray.

I had some trouble getting the custard to set properly, but I think that was my fault. Overall, this was a great recipe and I would definitely make it again.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference.

I'm not a huge fan of custard, but this recipe changed my mind. It was so light and fluffy, and the flavor was incredible.

This was an amazing recipe! The flavors were perfect and the texture was so creamy and smooth. I loved the addition of the chocolate chips, which gave it a nice crunch. I will definitely be making this again soon.
