Bourbon Barbecue Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 slices Bacon slice, cooked very crisp, drained, minced
1-1/2 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup Molasses
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Bourbon
2 tablespoons Very strong Coffee
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 - 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat immediately, and simmer over very low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 1-1/2 Cups
