This is a very quick, easy, and delicious recipe for bourbon chicken and the one I make most often -- and it really contains bourbon!

Steps:
- Make marinade and add chicken. Pour into a large ziplock bag, and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Pour contents into a deep baking dish, cover and bake at 350ยบ for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Serve over rice if desired.
