Cook 15 min - 3 Tb. chives; juice of 1/2 lime; 2 Tb brandy; 3 Tb parsley; 2 tsp dijon mustard. Whisk in 1/4 c chicken broth. Pour sauce over chicken. 2-2-04. Cooked in Cognac instead of brandy.
