I'm not a big fan of bratwurst, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The wraps were actually really good. The bratwurst was cooked perfectly and the sauerkraut and onions added a nice tang. I would definitely make

These wraps were a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had used a more flavorful bratwurst. The sauerkraut and onions were good, but they didn't really add much to the overall flavor of the wrap.
