Bread Machine French Bread image

The love of my life bought me a bread machine several years ago since I love to bake. I needed a loaf of french bread and thought I would play around with a recipe to see what I come up with. The recipe is a hit with my boyfriend and his father. They like it better than the store bought french bread.

This recipe is a great starting point for making French bread in a bread machine. However, I found that I needed to make a few adjustments to get the perfect loaf. I increased the amount of yeast by 1 teaspoon, and I also added a tablespoon of olive

I was so excited to try this recipe, but I was a little disappointed with the results. The bread didn't rise as much as I expected, and the crust was a little too hard. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'll definitely be trying this recipe again soo
