BREADLESS EGG CASSEROLE image

6 eggs
1/2 cup cream
Bacon, Peppers, Leeks, onions, etc.
grated cheese

Steps:

  • preheat to 400 lightly grease smaller casserole pan. Whisk til frothy 6 eggs & cream Layer cheese and any veggies you like then pour the egg mixture over salt & pepper to taste. Bake for 20 min or until set.
