Steps:
- 1. Spread croutons in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.
- 2. Brown sausage, drain.
- 3. Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
- 4. Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.
- 5. Mix well, pour over sausage.
- 6. Cover and refrigerate over night.
- 7. Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes.
- 8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
- 9. Sprinkle cheese and melt.
