Number Of Ingredients 6

1 round loaf of bread (hollowed)
1 wheel of brie with outer layer peeled
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 stick of butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2-3 large leaves of basil chooped

Steps:

  • Hollow out round loaf of bread and reserve. Melt one stcik of butter. Pour half into hollowed out bread. Layer cubes of brie, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil in hollowed bread. Pour the second half of the melted butter over mixture, top with additional pine nuts, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Use remaining bread to dip. When dipping bread is gone, slice and enjoy!!!

This dip was okay. It was easy to make, but I found it to be a little bland. I added some extra spices to it and it was much better. Overall, it was a good dip, but not my favorite.
