This tasty side dish is always a big hit when my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter come for dinner or when I'm hosting a shower or party. At Easter, it's a great way to use up hard-cooked eggs! -Carolyn Griffin Macon, Georgia

I found this recipe to be a bit too heavy. I think it would be better with less cheese and more vegetables.

This broccoli bake is a great way to use up leftover broccoli. It's also a great dish to make ahead of time. I often make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra garlic and onion, and it helped a lot. Overall, it's a good recipe, but it needs a little tweaking.
