These bars are so good. It's another well received dish the folks at Church enjoyed..so easy too! I used mushrooms today, you can leave them out if you prefer...sometimes I add some heat to them by adding red pepper flakes... These can be eaten cold as well as hot, that's what makes them nice to take somewhere. Enjoy!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, place butter and place in oven to melt.
- 2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all other ingredients together.
- 3. Spread into pan evenly.
- 4. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Leave cool for a few minutes before cutting.
