Steps:
- Cook tortellini for 8-10 miutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar/Splenda and cider vinegar to make dressing. In large bowl combine broccoli, tortellini, raisins, seeds and red onion. Pour dressing over and tosse. Chill and serve.
