This recipe was a bit of a disappointment. The grapefruit was too tart and the Port wine sauce was too sweet. I think I would have preferred it with a sweeter variety of grapefruit or a less sweet Port wine.

I love the presentation of this dish. The grapefruit segments look so elegant arranged on the plate. The flavors are also very good, with the tartness of the grapefruit perfectly complemented by the sweetness of the Port wine sauce.

This dish is absolutely divine! The grapefruit is perfectly caramelized and the Port wine sauce is rich and flavorful. I served it with a side of whipped cream and it was the perfect finishing touch. I highly recommend this recipe.

I found this recipe to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a drier Port wine or perhaps a bit of lemon juice to balance out the sweetness.

This was my first time trying broiled grapefruit and I was pleasantly surprised. The grapefruit was sweet and juicy, and the Port wine sauce added a nice depth of flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

I love the idea of this recipe, but I found the grapefruit segments to be a bit too tart for my taste. Next time, I'll try using a sweeter variety of grapefruit or adding a bit of honey to the sauce.
