Broiled Orange Roughy Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 13

ITALIAN SALSA:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
6 orange roughy fillets (about 7 ounces
each)
2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives,
drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice and seasoning blend; spoon over fish. Broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the salsa ingredients; serve with fish.
