BROKEN GLASS TORTE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 box each of orange, lime, and raspberry jello
1 1/2 C water
2 pkg plain gelatin
1 C pineapple juice
1 pt whipping cream
1 T sugar
1 t vanilla
2 pkg graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 T sugar

Steps:

  • Make jello with 1/2 C LESS water than recipe calls for. Refrigerate until solid and cut into 1 inch squares. Heat pineapple juice and add to plain gelatin. Let cool until very thick but not hard. For crust: melt butter. Crush graham crackers and add sugar. Mix graham cracker mixture w/ butter. Put all but 2-3 T of mixture in pan and mold to bottom of pan and up 1/2 inch of sides. Whip cream until very stiff, stir in sugar and vanilla. Add cooled pineapple mixture. Fold in jello squares stirring only enough to mix. Place in pan and sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnite.
