Bruschetta Pasta image

Just like bruschetta on bread but using pasta. I got this recipe from "Sam the cooking guy". This recipe is quick and easy and taste GREAT! I used penne noodles rather than spaghetti noodles.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my bruschetta pasta turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the pasta, or maybe I didn't add enough sauce.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had added some more herbs or spices.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less red pepper flakes.

This dish was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less salt, or if I had omitted the Parmesan cheese.

I thought this dish was just okay. The flavors were a bit bland for my taste, and the pasta was a little overcooked. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used a different type of pasta, like penne or rotini.

This bruschetta pasta was easy to make and had a very fresh, summery flavor. I used grape tomatoes and a balsamic reduction instead of cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, and it was delicious!
