1 lb fresh Brussels sprout
1/2 yellow onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
garlic (approximately 1 clove)
sea salt (approximately 1 teaspoon)
pepper (approximately 1/2 teaspoon)

Steps:

  • slice trunk off brussels sprouts and cut in half length wise.
  • chop yellow onions.
  • heat olive oil in pan.
  • add brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
  • sautee for approximately 10 minutes or until to desired tenderness.
  • enjoy.
