BUFFALO CHICKEN MINI BITES
These are the perfect appetizer! Bite size and super flavorful... you'll be the hit of the party when you serve these.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, sour cream, chicken, celery and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into fillo shells. Top each with wing sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 cup remaining cheese.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes.
- 4. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sliced spring onion. Serve immediately.
- 5. Makes 30 snacks
