These wings are baked, not fried, which simplifies the prep. The recipe was adapted from The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, the bar where these wings were originally served.

These wings were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy food.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken wings, but these were surprisingly good. The sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and tangy. I would definitely make these again.

These wings were easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought blue cheese dip and it was still delicious.

I've made these wings several times and they're always a hit. I like to experiment with different sauces, but the original recipe is still my favorite.

These wings were easy to make and turned out great! I didn't have any blue cheese dip, so I just used ranch dressing. It was still delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but these wings were surprisingly mild. The sauce had just the right amount of heat. I would definitely make these again.

These wings were amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfect. The chicken was cooked through but still juicy, and the sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and tangy. I will definitely be making these again.
