Bumstead Tuna Sandwiches image

I got a recipe box when I got married filled with recipies from relatives. This one is from my Aunt. It is a budget friendly recipe!!!

2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup Miracle Whip (salad dressing)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons onions, minced
1/2 cup cheese, diced in small pieces
6 slices bread

Steps:

  • Mix together all ingredients except bread.
  • Place 6 slices of bread on a cookie sheet.
  • Evenly distribute the tuna mixture onto the bread slices.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
