2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix together ingredients in a bowl.
  • knead for ten minutes.
  • use an ice cream scoop to pull apart pies of dough and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
