Steps:
- In a one-quart blender half filled with ice, combine coffee liqueur, rum, Irish cream, vodka, amaretto and coconut cream. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cup and sprinkle a little nutmeg on top and enjoy a little taste of the Islands.
