BUTTERNUT SQUASH KUGEL image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 butternut squash, cut into large chunks
1 stick of margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
¼ cup non-dairy creamer

Steps:

  • Mash the squash and margarine together. Add remaining ingredients to the mashed squash and mix until well blended. Pour mixture into a baking dish and liberally sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees F
