I'm not a big fan of butterscotch, but I really liked this frosting. It's not too sweet and it has a nice, creamy texture.

I had some trouble getting the frosting to the right consistency. It was a bit too thick at first, but I was able to thin it out with a little milk.

This frosting is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using less sugar if you don't like your frosting too sweet.
