I was a bit skeptical about making this pie because I'm not a huge fan of butterscotch, but I'm so glad I did! The butterscotch flavor was subtle and not overpowering, and the pecans added a nice crunch. This pie is definitely a keeper!

I've tried many different butterscotch pecan pie recipes, but this one is by far the best. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the pie turned out perfectly. It was a beautiful golden brown color and the filling was smooth and creamy.
