These turtles were a bit too expensive to make. I had to buy a lot of ingredients that I don't normally use.

I'm not a big fan of turtles, but I have to admit that these were pretty good. The butterscotch filling was really rich and flavorful.

I had some trouble tempering the chocolate. The chocolate coating was a bit thick and didn't set properly.

These turtles were a bit too sweet for my liking. I would recommend using less sugar in the butterscotch filling.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to use a little less salt. I found the turtles to be a bit too salty for my taste.
