Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450.
- 2. Cut potatoes into french fry shapes and coat with olive oil.
- 3. Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl or baggie.
- 4. Add potatoes and shake or toss to coat.
- 5. Arrange skin-side-down on nonstick baking sheet.
- 6. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
